Worked with Bob to come up with a solution to a problem I had where no one else could help me. He took the time out to personally assure me that he would take care of my needs. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend you visit the shop, they have a huge inventory of really great products that the big box stores don’t have. If Bob doesn’t have it, he’ll jump through hoops to get within a day or so.

This was, hands down, the best experience we have ever had! We ordered a stand for our pizza oven and they were helpful, knowledgeable and fast getting it delivered. They also sent with it the most thoughtful gifts, including a customer engraved wooden pizza peel with our name on it. We were blown away. We will be customers for life.

BAM was able to discuss options and provide recommendations for outdoor kitchen cabinets and appliances. Bob and Anita are very knowledgeable and we're able to handle all the purchasing with Urban Bonfire and XO appliances. They were patient with collaborating on the design working closely with UB to get the final layout. They coordinated countertops for me and were able to put me in contact with a contractor for the kitchen install. I would not hesitate to use BAM again for my outdoor or indoor projects.
